1. Please do not come to the permanent make-up treatment or laser treatments with accompanying persons. During the procedure, I need maximum concentration, so I cannot afford the presence of third parties or children. Please respect my principle.

2. Appointments of treatments / permanent make-up takes place after paying a deposit of 50% price by cash or bank transfer to:

3. During the visit, the price of the treatment is reduced by the amount of the deposit. I do not book a date without a deposit. The advance payment must be made within 24 hours after BOOKING THE DATE. If the deposit is not paid, the deadline is forfeited and is assigned to another waiting or willing person.
4. The paid down payment is towards the performed procedure. The price is reduced by the down payment.
5. In the event of failure to appear for the appointment or failure to postpone the 48 hours in the case of a hospital or an accident, the deposit will be forfeited 24 hours before. Call - postpone, inform.
6. I reserve the right to refuse the service if I notice a symptoms, such as flu, fever or other. The down payment is then lost. 
7. Please come to the permanent make-up treatment on time, without any delay. In the event of a delay of about 20-30 minutes, I refuse to provide the service because I will not perform it fully. The advance payment for the visit is forfeited in the event of long delays in arrival. 
8. If you do not appear for the re-touch within 8 weeks or do not postpone it 48 hours before, the next re-touch is 40% of the treatment price. Please keep an eye on the agreed dates. The visit should be canceled or postponed 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Otherwise, in accordance with the concluded contract and acceptance of the regulations (registration for the visit is the acceptance of MY rules and points of the regulations), there is a payment for booking the office time, even though the service was not the customer's fault, because the time of the salon hours and my time.
   You can easily postpone the visit or rearrange it. Please make careful decisions when signing up for an appointment. 
9. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This must be paid before any further bookings!

10.
